This Privacy Policy is about how Total Wireless Solutions collects and uses information from people who use our Services (a "user" or "users"). The word "Services" in this Privacy Policy means our websites (including those located at tws.expert) and our other digital products and services (including all mobile apps). Total Wireless Solutions is also referred to as "we", "us", and "our" in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect, use and disclose about users:

CHILDREN

Some of our Services are attractive to or intended for use by children under the age of 13, while other Services or portions of our Services are intended for use by persons over the age of 13. When we collect information on our Services, or sections of our services that are child-directed, we do so following the principles of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

In general, we do not ask persons under the age of 13 to provide us with personally identifying information like a name, email address, telephone number, birthdate, or address.

We understand the importance of providing greater privacy protections when it comes to children. Total Wireless Solutions does not knowingly collect or use personally identifying information from users under the age of 13, except where permitted by COPPA.

If Total Wireless Solutions learns that we have, without our knowledge, collected personally identifying information from a user under the age of 13, we will notify the child's parent if possible and/or delete all information relating to that child and cease to collect any more personal information from that child.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Information That Is Collected Automatically

When our Services are used we may collect some information automatically. This helps us analyze and optimize the performance of our Services. We do not use this information to personally identify users. Information we collect automatically includes information such as user device properties, IP address, Media Access Control (“MAC”) address and unique device identifier or other device identifier (“UDID”); user device software platform and firmware; user’s mobile phone carrier; user’s internet service provider; Android Advertising ID (AAID); the search terms used on our website; specific web pages users visit; the duration of use of our website; geographical data; statistical or aggregated information; and, other non-personally identifying information as is reasonably required to enhance our Services.

This information may be collected from all users of the Services, including children under the age of 13.

Information That We May Ask For

To use some parts of our Services we request users to provide certain information. For example:
  1. When a user contacts customer support, we ask for the user’s name and email address.
  2. When a user subscribes to our newsletter, we ask for the user’s name, email address, birthdate, and country of residence.
  3. When a user enters one of our online contests, we may ask for the user’s name, email address, and birthdate.

We do not knowingly collect this information from users under the age of 13.

SHARING USER INFORMATION

We do not share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with other companies.

We may disclose aggregated data about our users without restriction. Aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal information. For example, we may aggregate personal information to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific feature of the Services. We may disclose personal information that we collect as described in this Privacy Policy:

    - To our service providers. We share information with unaffiliated companies or individuals we hire or work with that perform services on our behalf, including customer support, web hosting, information technology, and analytics services. Our service providers will be given access to your information only as is reasonably necessary to provide the services for which they are contracted.

SOCIAL NETWORKS

You may allow our Services to interact with a third party social network or platform, which will provide data about you to us. These applications or websites are created and maintained by a third party which is not a part of, or controlled by TWiSTSoft®. You should ensure that you read their terms of service and privacy policies to understand how they treat your data and what data they might share with us.

You can make changes to what data a third party social network or platform shares with us, or stop our Services interacting with that social network or platform by adjusting your settings with that third party provider.

ADVERTISING

While using our Services you may be offered advertising content. We or the ad networks we use may utilize ad serving technologies that use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels and other technologies which are placed within the ads and allow us or our networks to collect Non-Personal Information.

Non-Personal Information such as non-precise geolocation may be used to ensure that appropriate advertising is offered to you.

Usage Data and Non-Personal Information such as advertising identifiers may be used to determine how many clicks an ad received, to measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns, to determine the proper amount of repeat views of a given ad, and/or to deliver ads that best relate to your interests.

Depending on your device and its operating system, you may be able to choose to prevent your device's ad identifier being used for interest based advertising, or you can reset your device's ad identifier, by changing the settings of your device.

FACEBOOK DATA DELETION

If you have logged into any of our apps using your Facebook account, you can remove your activities and delete all your data by the following instructions.
  1. Go to Your Facebook Account's Setting & Privacy. Click "Settings".
  2. Look for "Apps and Websites" and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook account.
  3. Search for the desired app or website.
  4. Click "Remove" button. Confirm your choices and click "Remove".
  5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your data and all the activities.

DATA RETENTION

Except as required by applicable law, we will only retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Under some circumstances we may anonymize personal information so that it can no longer be associated with a particular use. We reserve the right to use such anonymous and de-identified data for any legitimate business purpose without further notice.
